Enjoy two days of cycling the Starved Rock and Illinois River valley area. Included in your registration is two nights lodging at the famous Starved Rock Lodge, two buffet breakfasts and a Saturday Dinner Banquet.
The garden-like indoor pool complex at the Lodge offers a lap-size pool, a children’s pool, Jacuzzi and saunas and poolside tables for fun and relaxation.
Several road routes are planned from 25 to 80 miles each day, mountain bikes or crossbikes can easily access the I&M canal trail from the Lodge. We will be riding out in several groups to accommodate different riding abilities. There will be no organized rest stops, however the map will indicate convenience stores and lunch stops. No one works, everyone rides.
For the non-cyclist there are over 15 miles of spectacular hiking trails in the Starved Rock Park. Take a tour on one of their two trolleys or head into Utica for a little antique shopping, or for a unique experience visit Cattails and The Wine Cottage.
Registration fees based on double occupancy per room, some rooms can accommodate more people, rates are below:

Registration forms will be available at the March 7th club meeting on the 2005 Trip Table. The trip will open to non-members April 1st. A deposit of 50% will be required to secure your spot. A trip waiting list will be established if the trip fills.
